Ok all of you "do it yourselfers" that want a grand old house three blocks from the new streetcar line on Main. This has been converted to a four plex for at least 60 years. Not zoned that way but could be rezoned. It would be a great family house with a third floor income unit. Yes, it's a lot of work but should pay off. Three car garage adds to the attraction and the ambiance and room sizes are gracious. Lots of original woodwork and leaded, beveled glass doors and windows. Front porch is a real winner. Could possibly be rezoned to a 3 or 4 plex but a little difficult. Check it out, diamond in the rough, not too rough.
